How to Consign!
Email us pictures of the items that you would like to consign. In your email, please provide as much information you can about your items including:
*What price or price range you’d like to see it priced for in our store and approximate original cost of the items.
*Specific information regarding brands and age of your items.
*Inform of any stain/damage on the items.
*Timeline! Do you have a date you need to be scheduled to drop off by? We will do our best, but the more notice we have, the better! We only have so much space!
Important information:
You are responsible for bringing your items. If you can not drop off, we can provide a list of third party movers to which you can communicate with and see what their rates are.
Some things that we do not accept include: Exercise equipment, baby furniture, chandeliers, appliances, entertainment or TV armoires, ripped or torn furniture, furniture from a smoker’s home, dining tables without chairs, un-sturdy chairs, hard wired fixtures, glass top tables, used mattresses and box springs.
We will deny items with odors, smoke or pet damage, rips, tears or stains.
Your furniture must be clean when being consigned. Furniture that arrives dirty will result in a cleaning fee or may not be accepted.
General terms and pricing: We work together to set your price! Our staff will guide you to establish a sales price but it is important to have an idea or a range for a fair market retail price. Pricing should be based on merchandise condition, demand and fair market value.
